These terms apply to work carried out by Noyce Heating Ltd, 11 Longmynd Drive, Fareham, Hampshire, PO14 1RW.

Customers

We work for homeowners and landlords on domestic properties only.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are free and based on the information available at the time. All prices are shown plus VAT. Repairs are charged at £70 + VAT for the first hour, then £55 + VAT per hour, plus parts.

Payment

We accept card, bank transfer and cash. A deposit is required on installations.

Working hours

We work 7am – 10pm, every day. We don't offer out-of-hours call-outs. In a gas emergency, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Guarantee

All our work is guaranteed for 12 months. If anything goes wrong because of our workmanship or a faulty product we supplied, we'll put it right. Manufacturer warranties on new boilers are subject to the manufacturer's terms, including annual servicing.
