Who we help. We work for homeowners and landlords only, not commercial properties. Whether it's a family whose boiler has given up, or a landlord who needs a gas safety certificate before a new tenancy, our job is to leave you with a home that's safe, warm and working.
What we specialise in. Boiler installations, servicing and repairs, boiler moves, unvented hot water cylinders, central heating and radiators, power flushing, landlord gas safety certificates, and general plumbing, from a dripping tap to a new shower. We also install air source heat pumps from Vaillant, Samsung and Immergas, working with an MCS-certified partner to help customers access government grant funding.
Experience. Noyce Heating Ltd was founded in 2021 by Alex Noyce, a Gas Safe registered engineer with 15 years of experience in the trade. Alex set up the business to give local people an engineer they can trust, and today works alongside Jamie and an apprentice.
Where we work. We're based in Fareham and cover Fareham, Gosport, Stubbington, Portsmouth, Southampton, Titchfield, Portchester, Lee-on-the-Solent, Locks Heath, Park Gate, Warsash, Whiteley.
How we work
Quality standards. Every gas job is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (no. 620476). We're Gas ACS, G3 unvented and Water Regulations qualified, and fully insured.
Service philosophy. Honest advice, clear written quotes and prices shown + VAT, with no pressure. We keep homes clean and tidy and explain everything before we leave.
Guarantees. All our work is guaranteed for 12 months. As approved Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Alpha installers, we can offer extended manufacturer warranties on new boilers.
