Taps and sinks
We replace dripping or dated taps, fit new sinks and basins, and connect waste pipes properly so they drain freely and don't leak.
Toilets
We fit new toilets, fix running cisterns and replace worn internal parts. A running toilet wastes water constantly, so it's worth fixing early.
Kitchen and bathroom plumbing
For refits, we plumb in sinks, toilets, basins, radiators and appliances, working alongside your kitchen or bathroom fitter or handling the plumbing for the whole project.
Gas hobs
As Gas Safe registered engineers, we can install gas hobs safely and test the connection.
Renovations
For whole-house renovations, we can take care of all the plumbing and heating, which keeps one engineer responsible for the full system.
Finding and fixing leaks
Leaks aren't always obvious. Signs include damp patches on walls or ceilings, a musty smell, peeling paint, warped flooring near sinks or toilets, or a water meter that keeps turning when nothing is running. We trace the source and fix it properly, whether it's a failed joint, a worn valve or a damaged pipe.
If water is actively leaking, turn off the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink) and call us. Knowing where your stopcock is before you need it is one of the most useful things any homeowner can do.
Pricing smaller jobs
We quote every job clearly before starting. For small jobs, we can often give you an idea over the phone or from photos. For larger work, we'll visit and send a written quote, usually within 3 days. Payment is by card, bank transfer or cash.
Plumbing and heating together
Because we cover plumbing, heating and gas, you don't need separate trades for different parts of a job. We can plumb a bathroom, fit a radiator or towel rail, install a shower and connect a gas hob, all as one job with one point of contact.

Gas hob installation
Gas hobs must be connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We fit new hobs, connect them to the gas supply, test for gas tightness and check the burners work correctly. If you're having a new kitchen fitted, we can connect the hob and plumb in the sink and appliances as part of the same visit. One customer had us install a new boiler and gas hob together and set up their Hive heating at the same time.
